The brewery offers 8 different beers: :

 

Bière blonde
  • La Blonde
  • A light and refreshing pale ale, slightly flavoured with elder flowers
  • Style : Californian-inspired Pale Ale
  • Appearance : White and large head but not excessive with medium-sized bubbles and a good retention. Light golden coloured and limpid.
  • Aroma : Delicate with hints of elder flowers
  • Taste : Crisp and thirst-quenching first sensation, followed by soft and refreshing notes of elder flowers. A beer with not much sweetness and a finish with a quite long persistence.
  • Comments : A refreshing beer at fridge temperature and surprising at cellar temperature. Good balance between persistence and lightness.
  • Ingredients : Water, malted barley, hops, spices, yeast
  • Strength : 5% abv.
  • Availability : 33cl or 75cl bottle and small 5-litre cask, all year long.

Bière rouge
  • La Rouge
  • A reddish amber beer with a faint taste of gentian.
  • Style : Amber Ale
  • Appearance : Tan head with a poor retention. Reddish-amber in colour.
  • Aroma : Moderate hints of hops and gentian with a light emergence of bitterness and a toffee-like character from roasted malt.
  • Taste : Fresh first sensation well marked by hop flavours, followed by a subtle persistence of gentian and a long finish. A beer with a thin and soft body and not much sweetness.
  • Comments : very drinkable at fridge temperature with an emphasis on gentian at cellar temperature.
  • Ingredients : water, malted barley, hops, spices (including gentian roots)
  • Strength : 5.5% abv.

Bière Triple
  • La Triple
  • A beer with character, lightly amber and cloudy based on Abbey beers.
  • Style : Abbey Triple beer
  • Appearance : tick and white head with a good retention. Gold-amber in colour.
  • Aroma : accents of honey and dried fruits with a significant alcoholic strength of 8% ABV.
  • Taste : sharp first impression well marked by an estery profile created in fermentation and supported by flavours from hops with a long and strong persistence into the finish. Full-bodied beer with some astringency and an evident alcoholic strength.
  • Comments : a beer with character at cellar temperature and with a multitude of flavours at room temperature.

Bière Triple brune IPA
  • La Triple Brune IPA
  • caramelized and hopped
  • Style : Brown India Pale Ale
  • Appearance : white head with a good retention. Brown in colour and clear at room temperature.
  • Aroma : Intense bitter aroma derived from American Amarillo hops used in dry hopping process. Pleasant notes of citrus fruits suggesting a typical IPA.
  • Taste : Significant alcohol strength but refreshing first sensation due to bitterness from American Cascade and Belgian Brewer's Gold hops. Roasted malt completes it and provides a delicate counterbalance to hops with a persistent roundness.
  • Comments : A new version of IPA proposed by La Brasserie de Fleurac: a surprising beer like every dry hopped beers which keeps evolving as lagering is lasting.

Bière Noire
  • La Noire
  • A dark beer, slightly flavoured with liquorice
  • Style : Imperial Stout
  • Appearance : thick and white head with a good retention. As black as coffee with a light rim around the glass.
  • Aroma : an expected roasted taste with a significant alcoholic strength but well masked by the head and completed with accents of dark chocolate and candied fruits.
  • Taste : sharp first sensation with roundness and persistence. Liquorice merges delicately with hops. A long persistence which provides more fullness and a finish with malted as much as liquorice and died fruits flavours.
  • Comments : a strong beer whatever the serving temperature is: refreshing at fridge temperature, convivial at cellar temperature and surprising at room temperature.

  • Strength :7% ABV.

Bière Noël
  • La Bière d'hiver(Noël)(Christmas beer)
  • A beer based on the Triple beer with small notes of Ginger.
  • Style : golden blond Abbey beer
  • Appearance : : thick and white head with a good retention. Golden blond in colour.
  • Aroma : a beer with spiciness (Ginger) and an evident alcohol content. Bitterness is barely non-existent.
  • Taste : Strong, lively but never sickly and with a long finish at room temperature. Served chilled, the beer express a sharp and well marked first impression. Full body. Nice and subtle blend between Galangal and hop flavours.
  • Comments : Peppery warmth due to Ginger. Definitely a tasting beer.
  • Ingredients : water, malted barley, hops, spices (including Ginger root), yeast.
  • Strength : 8% ABV
  • Availability : 33cl or 75cl bottle, from November to February only

Bière printemps
  • La bière de printemps(Spring beer)
  • A blond and hazed pale ale.
  • Style : Spring beer
  • Appearance : white head with thin-sized bubbles. Pale blond colour coming from a stable cloudy appearance.
  • Aroma : citrus fruits and spearmint
  • Taste : malt and bitterness are light. Citrus fruit-like profile of verbena and Cascade hops are very persistent. Long and persistent mint-taste finish.
  • Comments : A floral spring beer according to the tradition
  • Ingredients : water, malted barley, hops, spices, yeast
  • Strength : 5% ABV
  • Availability : 33cl bottle, only from March to June.

Bière Auv'Alie
  • L'Auv'Alie
  • A beer in ASM rugby team colours
  • Style : Golden Strong Ale
  • Appearance : white head with a good retention. Golden blond in colour.
  • Aroma : malted and spicy, slight banana and jasmine sensation
  • Taste : sharp first impression with a significant hoppy profile. Noticeable alcohol presence but not overwhelming. Long finish with bread and coriander flavours.
  • Comments : L'Auv'Alie is a beer with character, a surprising fruity aspect and a strength based on rugby values.
  • Ingredients : water, malted barley, hops, spices, yeast.
  • Strength : 7.2% ABV
  • Availability : 33cl bottle, all year long (since 6 September 2009) to Empire du Malt.
